I was very curious about the Lieblingsplatzl - it looked almost too good on the homepage pictures to actually be true. But what can I say... I wasn't just pleasantly surprised, I was overwhelmed. It is an overall concept that is rarely found in a holiday home, it is absolutely coherent and harmonious, it contains so many small and loving details that you are surprised anew every day. Our "Sonnenuntergang" apartment was more than spacious, beautifully furnished, the terrace and garden were a dream and - we were also lucky - you are actually surprised with sunsets that you would not expect in Austria. Definitely worth mentioning is the so-called "Einmalfrühstück" (a complimentary breakfast, we chose Italian), it's just fantastic. High quality and so rich that you can eat it for at least a day. And not to forget the hostess herself. Extremely gracious, very helpful, always friendly and in a good mood (thanks at this point for the great restaurant tips). If there were 10 stars, I would gladly give it. We will definitely be back and say THANK YOU SO MUCH for four wonderful days of vacation in the Lieblingsplatzl.
Top furnished, modern apartment with a great location and a very friendly operator. The apartment is modernly furnished and has everything you need to relax on vacation. All equipment is of high quality. The breakfast on the first morning was just amazing and very plentiful. The location is very good, in a quiet area between the main road and the lake. There are enough parking spaces for cars and bikes (lockable). We will definitely be back - many thanks to Ms. Ulbing for the warm welcome :-)
Andrea, the owner of the house was welcoming, helpful and a unique kindness! We were able to enjoy a really delicious traditional Austrian breakfast. Also we could use the Jacuzzi which was special to regenerate after a day of skiing! The place is strategic, in 15 minutes you arrive at the parking lot to take the Gerlitzen cable car. The other ski facilities can be reached within half an hour. In 10 minutes you arrive in Villach. Near the property there are supermarkets, restaurants and ATMs within a few minutes walk! A fantastic experience thanks also to the kindness of the owner who was always quick and available for any eventuality!

A great and very comfortable apartment in a quiet house. The hosts are very personable and take touching care of all concerns. There is a car park directly at the house.

Great location overlooking the lake. Very nice new Holiday Rental with a large balcony and view of the lake. Tastefully furnished. Very nice and attentive hostess. We even got a free Italian breakfast delivered to the apartment once, which was very extensive and delicious. Free use of a hot tub in the garden. Gladly again.

Carinthia and Fakersee - fabulous holiday destinations. Excellent location - three steps to the lake and a large public beach, there are several good and affordable restaurants nearby, Villach is a five-minute drive away, the owners of the apartments served a delicious Austrian breakfast. The apartments have everything you need for a carefree life. A welcome cocktail was also expected in the room. And of course the divine Fakersee and the majestic Mittagskogel from the window!!!
Exceptional. Very nice, well-kept, and with great attention to detail apartment. Great location, not far from the lake, restaurants and the shopping area is within walking distance. On request, there is even a bread roll service. The hostess is incredibly nice and accommodating. Thanks for everything! We will gladly come again.
Were completely satisfied. Within a short walk to the beach and the shopping area. The apartment was well equipped with a complete kitchen, washing machine. The location quiet. A large terrace, a nice garden with a jacuzzi.
The Apartment becomes our favorite place, everything was perfect including a very nice hostess! The unique breakfast was excellent & lovingly designed, sufficient for several days.
Lieblingsplatzl at Faaker See. The Holiday Rental is beautiful, very tastefully and furnished with great attention to detail, nothing is missing and we immediately felt comfortable, of course that was also due to the warm welcome! The location is also great, from the balcony a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains! Really a favorite place....!!!!!
